This policy explains which personal data is collected on fmrs.fr, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected
The website only collects personal data when you use the contact form:
- name;
- email address;
- company (optional);
- service concerned (optional);
- message;
- your agreement (consent box).
No other data is stored: no IP address, country, browser or device.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your contact or quote request. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and, for a quote request, on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1 a and b GDPR).
Retention period
Messages are kept for 3 years from the last contact and then deleted, unless a business relationship begins (data is then kept for the duration of the relationship and legal obligations).
Recipients
- FMRS, the only recipient of your messages.
- Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), host of the website and mailbox, as a processor. Server location: France (European Union).
- The form (Fluent Forms plugin) stores messages on the website itself and does not send them to any third-party service.
- Website backups: made automatically by Hostinger and kept on its servers in Lithuania (European Union), without being sent to any other provider.
- Booking and WhatsApp: the “Book a call” and “WhatsApp” buttons take you to Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) or WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd). The information you enter there is processed under their own privacy policies. Nothing from these services is loaded on this website before you click.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no social media content (links to posts simply open the network concerned).
- Services page: after you enter the password, WordPress sets a technical cookie (wp-postpass) that remembers your access. It is strictly necessary and exempt from consent.
- Period chosen on the Services page: stored in your browser’s session storage, cleared when you close the tab (no cookie).
- Instagram feed (home page): the images of our posts are copied and displayed from this website; your browser does not connect to Instagram unless you click a link to Instagram.
- Statistics: the Matomo tool, installed on the website itself, measures audience (pages viewed, visit duration, referring website, device type, form submissions, clicks to book a call, WhatsApp, phone or email). It sets no cookie, masks part of your IP address, does not combine this data with any other data and does not share it with any third party. It is used only to improve the website and is kept for 13 months at most. This audience measurement is exempt from consent under CNIL (French data protection authority) guidelines; you can nevertheless object to it below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@fmrs.fr. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
